Case study

ProAI Expert

A self-case: repositioning the studio around a clearer offer, a premium design system, and a static architecture that can scale RU/EN content without drift.

Case flow diagram showing strategy, structure, launch, and refinement.

Problem

The earlier version behaved like a basic AI brochure. It lacked a sharper distinction between AI work and website systems, and the navigation, articles, and multilingual structure were not aligned.

System built

We rebuilt the IA around two solution lines, introduced a design-token layer, created a dedicated insights section, and standardized page-level SEO and language pairing.

Web lens

  • New homepage with system-led positioning.
  • Dedicated solutions, case studies, process, insights, and contact pages.
  • Editorial structure for long-form search intent.
  • Premium light-first visual language with console inserts.

Ops lens

  • Contact form with clearer need selection and consent.
  • Basic anti-spam controls with honeypot and timing check.
  • Language mapping and internal links designed not to break as content grows.
  • Static-first architecture for reliable publishing.

Deliverables

  • Rebuilt information architecture across core sections.
  • Strict RU/EN pairing with canonical and hreflang discipline.
  • New editorial structure for service and insight content.
  • Unified design tokens and component styles.

Proof layer

  • Sharper distinction between AI systems and website systems.
  • Cleaner contact path and support for future content growth.
  • Better mobile layout behavior and clearer navigation logic.
  • Static publishing flow with lower regression risk.

What changed

The site now explains what the studio actually does, creates a cleaner path for inbound leads, and supports both website-system sales and AI-system sales without mixing them into one vague message.
