FINANCIAL STREAM LLC · REAL CLIENT PROJECT

LIVE · EN/RU · ONGOING OPTIMIZATION

A bilingual website system designed to build trust before the first financial conversation.

ProAI Expert brought Financial Stream’s services, bilingual content, inquiry paths and AI-assisted support into one coherent client experience. The system is live today and continues to be refined around real operational needs.

03 / BEFORE CONTACT

The problem begins before the first call.

Accounting clients often arrive with uncertainty already in motion: they may not know which service fits, which records matter, whether a notice needs attention or what can be shared safely. Financial Stream needed a client path that could reduce that uncertainty in two languages before a calendar link ever appeared.

Situation patterns

  • A notice without a clear next step
  • Incomplete or unreconciled records
  • Needs spanning bookkeeping, Payroll and tax
  • Documents that require context before review
  • A preference for English or Russian

These are situation patterns reflected in the service and intake architecture; they are not direct client quotations.

04 / SYSTEM ARCHITECTURE

Five layers. One clearer path.

Each layer answers a different client question. Together they move a visitor from first impression to an informed next step without asking automation to replace professional judgment.

Verified project scope · Live EN/RU website architecture · July 2026

  1. 01

    Trust and presentation

A calm bilingual opening establishes who Financial Stream serves, what the business handles and how to begin.

  2. 02

    Services and client self-selection

Services are grouped around recognizable situations so visitors can identify the closest path without already knowing accounting terminology.

  3. 03

    Structured intake

Complex or document-heavy matters begin with context. A shorter message remains available when the request is simple.

  4. 04

    Content and search

Service pages and practical Materials give visitors useful preparation while creating distinct, indexable entry points.

  5. 05

    AI and automation

Chat and workflow support handle defined tasks with capability-specific status and visible human boundaries.

Capability status is disclosed individually in Chapter 9; the five-layer map does not imply that every automation is fully operational.

05 / BILINGUAL EXPERIENCE

Two languages. One service logic.

The English and Russian experiences follow the same decision path: explain the service, set expectations and offer a clear next step. The structure stays aligned while each language is allowed to read naturally.

The Company Formation service keeps the same hierarchy, decision logic and next step in English and Russian without forcing identical line lengths.

06 / SERVICE ARCHITECTURE

Services organized around real situations.

The architecture groups related work into three families, making it easier to recognize the closest starting point even when the final scope still needs clarification.

01

Business setup and documents

Business formation, company setup, initial accounting context, financial consulting and document review.

02

Bookkeeping and Payroll

QuickBooks bookkeeping, cleanup and catch-up work, reconciliations, Payroll records and L&I reporting.

03

Tax and reporting

Business and individual tax-return preparation, Sales Tax, Washington DOR reporting and filing-related documents.

Not sure path

Not sure where the situation belongs? Open the structured-request page. Financial Stream can review the context before directing you to a service or calendar step.

07 / INTAKE BEFORE BOOKING

Context before calendar.

A calendar is useful only after the request has enough shape. The intake sequence helps Financial Stream understand the situation, identify missing context and choose the next practical step.

  1. Structured requestComplex or document-heavy matters begin with guided context.
  2. Context reviewFinancial Stream reviews the situation before proposing a conversation or service path.
  3. Document and access clarificationThe client is told what may be needed and what should not be sent through an unsecured message.
  4. Calendar or practical next stepBooking follows when a conversation is useful; otherwise the next action can be clarified directly.

Do not send full Social Security numbers, passwords, login credentials or sensitive documents through the short-message form.

09 / AI AND AUTOMATION

Automation with visible boundaries.

The project uses AI and workflow tools for defined tasks. Each capability is labelled separately so a live website assistant is not mistaken for autonomous accounting, communication or a completed CRM.
